How fast can my new site go live?
Minutes after you sign up, you see your site on a preview address, and it fills in as you send your photos and details. A new site on a domain you already own can be live in one to three days. If you need a domain, plan on three to five days. Moving an existing site, with every old page redirected, takes five to seven days, or two to three weeks for large sites. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and your pages, posts, and photos are yours. If you ever leave, you can download a full copy of your site and your lead history, and if we registered your domain, we transfer it to you free.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes. See a free preview of your own site before you pay anything. After you sign up, the setup fee comes back in full if you ask within 14 days and your site hasn't launched. Plans are month to month, your first switch to another design is free, and your site and leads are always yours to take with you.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay month to month, or yearly and get two months free. Cancel anytime, and it takes effect at the end of the month or year you've paid for. Subscription fees aren't refunded.
Will switching hurt my Google rankings?
We list every page on your old site and redirect each one to its new page, keeping titles and headings where your pages already rank. Then we check it all after launch.
What is my site built on? Is it WordPress?
No WordPress and no plugins. Your site is built as fast, modern pages served from a global network, so there is nothing to update, patch, or break. Hosting and security are handled for you.
Does it work with Clio or Lawmatics?
Yes. On Growth and up, every new lead from your website goes straight into Clio Grow or Lawmatics, with where it came from, so nobody retypes anything. You connect it once in your dashboard with a key from your Clio or Lawmatics settings. MyCase is next.
Is there an app?
Yes, for your computer. Install HQ from your dashboard and it opens in its own window with its own icon on Windows or Mac, and new leads pop up on your screen. It updates itself, so there’s nothing to download again. On your phone, every new lead reaches you by email the moment it arrives. Text alerts are coming soon.
Can clients book and pay for a consultation online?
Yes, on Growth and up. Visitors pick a time from the hours you set and get a confirmation, a calendar file, and a reminder. If you charge for consultations, add your fee and the link to your own payment page, like LawPay, Clio Payments, or a Stripe payment link. The money goes straight to your firm, never through AttorneyLogic, and you mark each one paid in your dashboard.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes. Change words, photos, attorneys, practice areas, and blog posts with simple fields, or just ask Clerk. The design, forms, and tracking stay locked, so nothing breaks.
Can I change my design later?
Yes. Your words, photos, attorneys, and blog posts move with you, so nothing is rewritten. Your first switch is free before your site launches or within 30 days of joining. After that, a design switch is a one-time $495, and you see a full preview before you pay. Landmark comes with its own plan.
Do you write blog posts for us?
Yes. Growth includes 4 drafts a month and Premium and Landmark 8, spread across the month. We research your firm and the questions your clients ask, write each post with named legal sources, and it waits in your dashboard until you approve it. Prefer to write your own? Turn the drafts off anytime.
Can I turn off parts of the site I don’t need?
Yes. Almost every section on every page has an on and off switch on its card in your dashboard, from the numbers strip to the reviews. So do careers, events, free guides, the map, and the newsletter sign-up. Switch one off and it’s gone from your site, its menu links, and Google. The parts your site needs to work, like your contact form and legal notices, always stay. Add or remove a practice area with one tap too, and a removed one sends its old address to your Practice Areas page.
Does it work with Google Analytics and Google Ads?
Yes. Paste your Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Google Tag Manager ID in your dashboard. Every form sent, every call tap, every job application, and every newsletter sign-up is sent to Google as an event, and a lead can count as a Google Ads conversion. Your privacy policy updates itself to say so. Without an ID, nothing from Google loads, and your dashboard still shows your visits.
Is the website chat allowed under bar rules?
The chat says up front that it's an automated assistant, gives no legal advice, and sends every conversation to you. That follows published bar guidance, including Arizona's best practices and Florida Opinion 24-1.
Is my firm’s data used to train AI?
No. Your firm's data is never used to train AI models, and it's walled off from every other firm. You also get a ready-made AI-use policy for your own team.
How do payments work?
Everything is on autopay. Your card or bank account is charged automatically each month, or once a year if you pay yearly (two months free), so there are no invoices to chase. Sales tax is added on top. Receipts are always in your dashboard, and you can switch between monthly and yearly there.
What happens if a payment is late?
The charge is retried automatically. If it still hasn’t gone through after a three-day grace period, we email you, and new leads are held safely and delivered all at once as soon as the payment goes through. Your website stays up the whole time. Only if a payment is 30 days overdue does the site go offline, and it comes back on its own the moment you pay.
Can you move the content from my old site, or build pages from my documents?
Yes, and it’s included in your setup fee. Give us access to your current site and we copy everything over: pages, blog posts, FAQs, case results, reviews, photos, images, and downloadable documents, rebuilt in your new design with every old link redirected. A site up to 150 pages moves free on every plan, and up to 300 on Premium and Landmark. Only bigger sites get a price, first. A typical 50-page site takes 3 to 5 business days. Your old site stays up until you approve the launch, your email is never touched, and anything the switch breaks is fixed free for 30 days after launch. No website? Send Word files, PDFs, or notes and we build up to 15 pages, included. You approve every word.
