Money

• The setup fee is paid once, at checkout, with your first month or year. It is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days and your site has not launched. After launch it is not refundable.
• Pay month to month, or yearly and get two months free. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; yearly plans renew each year, and we email you 30 days before. Cancel anytime in HQ and it ends with the month or year you have already paid for. Fees already paid, monthly or yearly, are not refunded.
• Moving up to a plan with a higher setup fee charges the difference once (for example, Growth to Premium: $3,500 minus the $995 you paid), plus the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. Moving down credits your unused time to future bills. You see the exact amount before you confirm.
• A founding-firm rate stays as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, you rejoin at the regular price.
• Prices do not include sales tax. It is added on top of every charge, and shown at checkout and on every receipt.
• Add-ons are billed monthly on top of your plan, need monthly billing, and can be turned off anytime. Usher includes 300 minutes a calendar month (each call rounded up to the next minute); extra minutes are $0.30 each, on your next bill, and we email you at 80% and 100%.
• Google Ads spend is paid by you, directly to Google. It is never part of our prices.
• If we register a domain for you, it is registered in your firm’s name, with your firm listed as its owner. The first year is included in your setup fee, and renewals are included while your plan is active.
• Price changes for existing firms are announced in writing at least 30 days ahead.
• Every charge is automatic, and every invoice and receipt is in HQ. If a payment fails, you have 3 days. After that, new leads are held (your website stays live) and are delivered the moment you pay. At 30 days unpaid, the website goes offline until you pay, then comes back on its own.

Your site and your data

• You own your domain, pages, posts, and photos. If you leave, you can download your site and your lead history, and a domain we registered is transferred to you free (domains are locked for 60 days after registration, so a firm leaving sooner waits for the lock to end).
• Your firm’s data is never used to train AI and is kept separate from every other firm.
• After you cancel, your data is kept for at least 90 days so you can take it with you, then deleted.

Launch and the law

• We confirm your bar number with your state bar before your site goes live.
• Launch timelines are typical, not guaranteed. They depend on how quickly your photos, details, and approvals come back.
• AttorneyLogic is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Guardrail flags likely bar-rule problems, but you are responsible for your own advertising and everything your site says.
• We do not promise results. No one can guarantee rankings, leads, calls, or cases.
• Blog drafts and the website chat use AI. Nothing publishes without your approval, and the chat always tells visitors it is automated.
